Today is wet and snowy. It's a slushstorm, a slushzard a wet-shoe nightmare. To combat the weather, in about 5 minutes I am going to start reading and writing a five page response to a paper by my new academic super-hero Deirdre McClosky, but first I am going to write about Jen and her Yeps.
See, I had to do this interview via Skype with my good friend who shall remain nameless for academic reasons. To test my little recording device I called Jen and asked her to voice-chat with me for a while, just to make sure the recorder was in good working order for the interview.
I gave her a ring, but unfortunately my mic was off so she couldn't hear me. I could hear her though, so I typed "Say yep" into the chat window just to make sure her voice was being captured and then went off to fiddle with my mic to get it to work.
Well, Jen certainly took my instructions to heart, and as I fiddled, this is what she said;
(apparently unaware that I was recording the whole thing).
Pretty good, for Yeps. Way to go Jen.
