Flink Design provides easy to update and maintain web-solutions such as blog-based sites, and CMS customizations. We strive to provide web-communication solutions that are successful, stable and sustainable.
Flink Design is located in Montreal Quebec Canada. We have been building dynamic websites since 2003 and after working with several platforms have chosen to develop the majority of our sites using the Open Source content management system Drupal (http://www.drupal.org).
Flink chose to work with Drupal over other Open Source CMS solutions primarily due to Drupal's extensive development and support community. It's ease of use and the wide variety of plug-ins developed for it specifically, has resulted in a vibrant community of developers and content editors who provide tips and tutorials on the Drupal site. With such enthusiastic adoption and support over the past 6 years of its existence, it is unlikely that support for the software will disappear in the near future.
Each of the members of Flink Design has gained experience and knowledge of the software by contributing to the forums and joining a variety of support groups on the Drupal groups community site (http://groups.drupal.org) We have attended meeting of the Drupal users group here in Montreal (http://groups.drupal.org/montreal-quebec). AS well as conferences in Toronto.
We are confident that a site built by Flink using Drupal technology will prove to be a useful extensible and secure investment over time.
